Job summaryAmundi, a leading European asset manager, is looking to hire a trainee to support its Human Resources team in its Barcelona subsidiary, Sabadell Asset Management.
As a Project Assistant, you will collaborate with the Head of HR and the HR Team and key stakeholders, with a focus on facilitating key projects development:
Liaise and support on various workstreamsCoordinate meetings and communicationsCreate and update reports, project documentation and presentations with support and direction from the HR teamConduct research and data analysis as requiredYou will also be responsible for:
Take the lead on some HR process review with a focus on optimization and implementation of RPASupport in the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits, Management Committee, International HR Committee, …Prepare reports and dashboards compiling key data from various sourcesSupport the HR team in other daily activitiesGeographical areaEurope, Spain

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
You are currently studying towards a Bachelor's o Master's degree in Business, Economics or EngineeringLevel of minimal experience0-2 years
ExperiencePlease ensure you are enrolled in a university at the time of the internship and able to sign an Internship Agreement through your university. Alternatively, if recently graduated, you must be eligible for "Contrato de Prácticas".
