Acerca del empleoEn Cuatrecasas buscamos incorporar en nuestra oficina de Barcelona un/a Compliance Audit Specialist con al menos 2 años de experiencia que examine el apropiado diseño de los controles y que supervise su cumplimiento y eficacia en materia de compliance.Se integrará de forma activa en el Área de Compliance y dependerá del Manager del área de Compliance Audit.Funciones y responsabilidadesParticipar en la evaluación, análisis y seguimiento de los riesgos de compliance.Evaluar del diseño de los controles internos implementados en los principales procesos de la Firma.Supervisar el cumplimiento y la eficacia de los controles internos siguiendo el plan anual establecido para todo el grupo Cuatrecasas.Verificar el cumplimiento de la normativa externa e interna de aplicación en los principales procesos de negocio.Ejecutar los trabajos de auditoría planificados bajo la supervisión del manager del área.Proponer planes de acción derivados de los informes de auditoría.Participación en el reporting a la Alta Dirección.RequisitosGrado en Derecho, grado en ADE/Economía, preferiblemente doble grado en Derecho y ADE.Preferible formación específica en Compliance, y/o certificación CESCOM o similar, y/o perito en Compliance.Experiencia profesional mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar.Nivel de inglés avanzado.Conocimiento del paquete Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.¿Qué esperamos de ti?Empatía, positividad, versatilidad y trabajo en equipo.Objetividad, integridad y compromiso con el cumplimiento.Organización, planificación y enfoque analítico y estratégico.Proactividad y espíritu de mejor continua.Habilidades de comunicación eficaz tanto oral como escrita.
