The Kings & Queens Leagues are exciting competitions that seamlessly merge sport and entertainment in a very creative way. With renowned content creators as club presidents, we propose to play sports with new and disruptive rules, all streamed live on social media.
KOSMOS TALENT is born with the objective to be the home for the next generation of content creators providing representation services and helping them to take the leap to the next level. 
To do so, KOSMOS TALENT team works hand in hand with the creator, designing, advising and developing their business and commercial strategy, based on tailor-made and measurable objectives, amongst other services.
ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Commercial Manager to build strategic alliances that will maximize the profitability of the assets and properties marketed by KOSMOS TALENT.
Main Responsibilities - Participate actively in the definition, development and implementation of the commercial strategy, to support and accelerate sustainable growth.
- Identify opportunities to attract new sponsorships through broad and deep market analysis.
- Capture sponsorships, by contacting proactively potential partners that complement existing alliances. Specially sponsorships for streamers, YouTubers, and TikTokers represented within KOSMOS TALENT.
- Negotiate sponsorship contracts and commercial alliances to maximize profitability and strengthen brand positioning.
- Build and maintain excellent professional relationships with sponsors and stakeholders, to offer a high-quality service and generate mutual loyalty.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the implementation of sponsorship contracts at events.
ABOUT YOU - You have demonstrated 6-8 years' experience in capturing and managing commercial agreements, as well as managing brand initiatives. You are expert on esports and content creation industry, and know well the world of digital media.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and very operationally, a sense of written and oral communication, in Spanish as in English.
- You are a strong negotiator, that gets the best out of commercial alliances, with a win-win mindset.
- Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude, you are able to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Humble and approachable, you are a team player, with great collaboration skills, that always put the team goals above your personal interest.
- Well organized and planned, you can translate the strategic plan into an operational plan that is measurable and achievable, and deliver results against key objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand and have affinity with sports and understand the market as well as trends.
