Ofrecemos una oportunidad de inserción para un/una Commercial Services Support la zona de Mataró o alrededores.
OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO
Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes retail del canal de distribución del área de competencia asignada (clientes directos y puntos de venta que forman parte de grupos y cadenas) a fin de garantizar el desarrollo y la continuidad de las ventas.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
- Preparar para el responsable de Servicios Comerciales los rapport sobre la performance del operador logístico, incidencias y cualquier otro rappport que fuese necesario.
- Preparar la documentación comercial necesaria para la gestión del Canvass (Menabó/Guía al Canvass).
- Dar de alta en sistema las nuevas promociones
- Verificar el funcionamiento correcto de los rapports sobre las ventas y promociones y comunicarse con HQ para la creación de nuevos rapports.
- Dar las aclaraciones pertinentes sobre las iniciativas en curso a los delegados y AM.
- Calcular los premios a delegados y clientes junto con Dirección Comercial y el Responsable de Departamento.
- Colaborar con los delegados y área manager para la gestión de clientes especiales.
- Comunicarse con customer order processing para la gestión de eventuales excepciones respecto a la política estándar de productos Mancanti i Rimanenti
- Analizar la progresión de las promociones a fin de señalar posibles anomalías respecto a las previsiones (productos y merchandising).
- Monitorear mensualmente la progresión de lo vendido vs. Forecast.
- Analizar periódicamente la anagráfica de clientes a fin de adecuarla a los criterios comerciales.
- Redactar y archivar las cartas de condiciones de venta.

**Experiência laboral**:Grado o Superior (ADE; Ciencias Empresariales, Formación Profesional Superior en Gestión Empresarial y Organizaciones)
**Domicilio (si es un requisito necesario)**: Mataró o alrederores
**Idiomas**: Castellano, catalán, Ingles e italiano deseables
**Conocimientos informáticos**: Avanzado, especialmente dominio de Excel a nível de tablas dinámicas y deseable Power Query y Power Pivot.
