Your role:
shaping and leading advisory engagements with leads and customers,
helping customers define and understand their business challenges by transforming their processes, by simplifying the complex, create tangible value using end-to-end digitalisation,
developing solutions for complex client situations to ensure goals and objectives are met and all results are delivered on time,
developing a consulting service offer in the area of end-to-end transformation,
defining a consulting approach that focuses on current and future customer problems, including effective adaptation to end-to-end digitalisation,
engaging in practice management such as solution, methodologies and tools related to digital adoption,
developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering solution demos / compelling proof of concept demonstrations,
ensuring solutions stated in the statement of work are best practice and in line with client requirements,
managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP,
working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process,
providing feedback from clients about product requirements,
keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.
What will you bring:
prior experience in presales,
prior experience in supply chain / logistics / process / project management / IT industry,
strong problem-solving and prioritization skills,
strong presentation skills,
excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders,
fluent Spanish and fluent Italian,
English – min. B2 level.
