We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Credit Risk Control. As the Head of Credit Risk Control, you will play a pivotal role in the organization by overseeing and optimizing credit risk management activities. Your primary responsibility is to ensure strict adherence to internal policies and external regulations, focusing on the analysis, monitoring, and mitigation of credit exposure in the organization's lending and investment portfolios.Key Responsibilities :Developing and implementing credit risk strategies, policies and procedures that align with the organization's risk appetite and business objectivesConducting regular credit risk assessments and audits to identify, measure and report on the credit risk profile of the organizationManaging the credit risk reporting process, including preparing and presenting credit risk reports to senior management and relevant stakeholdersStaying updated on the latest credit risk trends, best practices and regulatory developments, and ensuring the organization's compliance with the applicable standards and requirementsRegularly conducting validation of the bank's IFRS expected loss models, which estimates the bank's provisions for credit losses.Qualifications and Experience :Educational Background: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, mathematics, or engineering.Expertise: Proven ability in credit risk identification, measurement, management, and reporting.Practical Experience: Hands-on experience in developing risk scorecards and automating underwriting processes.Technical Skills: Programming skills.Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with credit risk regulations and standards.Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Desirable skills and behaviors :Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations.Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess complex financial scenarios.Exhibit strategic thinking to contribute to the organization's overarching objectives.Showcase a comprehensive understanding of financial principles and practices.Display strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly.Ensure compliance by rigorously following and enforcing rules and regulations.Foster innovation by actively supporting creativity and experimentation.Work seamlessly within a collaborative framework to achieve shared goals.Exhibit strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide teams effectively.Display a commitment to continuous professional development, staying updated with advancements in related fields.Please upload your updated CV in English .#J-18808-Ljbffr
