We are currently seeking a highly motivated Brand Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Group Brand Manager will oversee brand plans, portfolio, and product management within the Jumbo Group.
This role involves being responsible for multiple brands across various markets.
Key responsibilities include launching new products, adapting existing ones, and redesigning packaging.
This position requires a deep understanding of the market and consumers, working closely with various teams to develop and execute both short-term and long-term strategies.
To achieve this goal, your functions will be the following: Focusing on Group categories Science and Learning, including market localization Market and consumer insights: get a full understanding of the market and the consumer preferences.
Strategic planning: develop and execute long-term (3-year) and short-term (1-year) brand and product strategies.
Implement brand strategy plans across all markets.
Sales performance: Proactively manage and monitor sales performance, adjusting as needed.
Collaborate on trade marketing, product development, innovation, and local marketing and sales teams.
Product and quality improvement: continuously initiate improvements in product quality and diversification of product assortment.
Briefings: Prepare and coordinate briefings for product development, packaging artwork, user manuals, and brand-related content.
Training: conduct product training sessions.
Research: support and brief qualitative and quantitative research initiatives for brands and products.
The knowledge you should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is: Education: University degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field Experience: 3 - 5 years in a similar role Strong project management skills Experience managing multiple projects with deadlines.
Affinity with Jumbo Group products; knowledge of the toy market is preferred.
