.About the teamThe Demand team is composed of straightforward and energetic online advertising experts that help bring Equativ programmatic solutions to market.They build long-term relationships with the most strategic Demand partners, representing some of the largest players in the AdTech industry, guiding them to maximize their investment.The Demand department is a critical component of driving Equativ adoption and shaping the future of an industry leader.About the jobEquativ is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated individual to join our AdOps team.As a Traffic Manager at Equativ, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on within the front lines of the online advertising industry.You will be responsible for a variety of internal and external management functions, including but not limited to the creation, monitoring, and optimization of our Managed Service offerings.Key day-to-day responsibilities Be an expert on the Equativ demand tools.Create, manage and optimize campaigns on Equativ platforms according to advertisers' objectives.Perform day-to-day monitoring of the campaigns' performance and apply proper optimization to achieve the best KPIs.Measure the success of all campaigns while serving as a POC for internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure consistent and smooth delivery of all campaigns.Work closely with the Product team to give suggestions in order to improve the product.Manage ongoing technical issues and work in close collaboration with the tech team to support daily operations, ensuring quick and efficient support to fix critical media trading situations.Be hyper-responsive to the team and client inquiries that demand immediate attention and quick turnaround time.Work closely with the sales team in order to create pre-sales documents such as offers and rate cards.Create internal reports, benchmarks, and analysis while working in collaboration with the marketing team.About you Previous experience of trafficking, optimizing, and troubleshooting in various DSPs required (2 / 3 years).Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Advanced MS Excel skills.Strong quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from extremely large datasets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.About usEquativ is the new single name for Smart Adserver, DynAdmic, LiquidM, and Nowtilus - four proven innovators in advertising technology.The vertically integrated company provides brand and privacy-safe solutions that empower its clients to achieve maximum impact while respecting the rights of consumers.The union combines client expertise and engineering excellence to serve the interests of both the supply-side and demand-side with equal professionalism and technical sophistication
