To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing B2 B organization.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping businesses grow by owning the entire B2 B sales cycle, contribute to our growth by opening accounts in the DACH markets and benefiting from an attractive commission structure.

Your mission: Identify and qualify potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.

Proactively engage prospective clients through strategic outreach via phone, email, and Linked In.

Assess client needs and alignment with our value proposition to prioritize opportunities.

Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover customer pain points and tailor solutions.

Build trust and credibility by demonstrating expertise and providing value.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.

Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and optimize performance.

Continuously expand industry knowledge to stay ahead of market trends and client needs.

About you: A proven track record in B2 B sales or a strong sales background in a B2 C environment A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment The ability to build rapport and trust with clients Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German with fluency in English.
