Our global team of over 7,500 craft and technology experts brings together creative, production and innovation to help clients navigate this exciting and ever-changing world of today's content experience.The Audiovisual Producer are responsible for end-to-end project management, management of client relationships, agency relationships while leading a diverse and dynamic team to deliver.They play an important role in ensuring the smooth operations and delivery excellence of their clients' projects.He/she is responsible for delivering a completed project on time, on specification, and on budget.The successful candidate will use their superior problem-solving skills, a passion for production, marketing and advertising and a desire to learn.They are highly organized and accountable leaders, who are able to build relationships and collaborate drawing on the expertise of Hogarth's resources and capabilities.RESPONSABILITIES Communication The key day-to-day project contact with lower to high-level clients and creative agencies Possesses accurate sense of client satisfaction level - facilitates the sharing client feedback with the team and management; sensitive to the client's needs and concerns Takes accountability to ensure that all team members are aware of timelines and deliverables Collaboration Develops and maintains high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity diversity and engagement) Serves as a mentor/coach to junior producers Process Manage all range of projects independently, from initiation through completion Serve as the production expert on audiovisual campaigns, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency Must be used to work with people in charge and in several projects at the same time
