DescriptionWe are hiring We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Danish Sales Agent with the following skills to join our dynamic sales team in Marbella.As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our real estate properties and villa projects to our clients. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and fluency in Danish and English, we would love to hear from youResponsibilities:• Contact potential clients through various channels (phone, email etc.) leads are provided, so no cold calling.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns• Conduct property viewings and present our listings/villa projects/new developments in a professional and persuasive manner• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process for both the buyer and seller• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and property values to provide accurate and informed advice to clientsRequirements:• Fluent in both English as well as Danish.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proven experience in sales or a customer-oriented role• Strong negotiation and closing skills• Knowledge of the real estate market in Marbella• Have your car and ability to work in Spain (NIE)• Motivated, target-driven, and resilient attitudeWe offer you the opportunity to work with a great team of professional, multinational people in a sales environment with great earning potential.• Basic consultancy fee and high commissions.• Opportunity for professional growth and development within the real estate industry.If you are interested in joining our team please submit your CV.We are looking forward to hearing from you
