Están en un proceso de transformación que les ha llevado a plantear la creación de una nueva plataforma de servicios digitales.Una banca digital que verá la luz muy pronto, no sin antes sumar a su Mobile Engineer que supervise la arquitectura del producto, manteniendo su calidad, implementando mejoras y soluciones tecnológicas robustas y escalables, bajo buenas metodologías de trabajo.ABANCA está inmersa en un importante proceso de crecimiento. Durante los últimos años han adquirido 7 entidades financieras con el fin de llegar a más y más clientes y de seguir ofreciendo un servicio de banca cercana y humana.En esta estrategia de crecimiento sus departamentos de IT son clave y es algo que llevan grabado a fuego, por lo que han apostado por potenciar sus equipos.La banca tradicional hace años que se ha sumado a la transformación digital. ABANCA ya nace con esos valores desde el inicio. Pero el mundo evoluciona muy rápido y las necesidades de los usuarios también. Por eso, están mejorando su cartera de productos, en este caso, creando una nueva banca digital, en la que llevan trabajando desde hace más de un año.Ahora falta por incorporar una mano derecha en la gestión e ingeniería de las aplicaciones nativas del proyecto (tú). Por si queda alguna duda, esta nueva "división" del banco contará con independencia y presupuesto propio, para la toma de decisiones estratégicas, tecnológicas y culturales. Te contamos más: ¿Cómo es el producto?El producto está definido y ya hay áreas de la compañía trabajando en ello desde hace más de un año, tienen gran parte desarrollada, sobre paradigmas modernos. Respecto a su ecosistema técnico, tú estarás dedicado/a a la evolución y arquitectura de las aplicaciones móviles. Para ello tendrás la ayuda de sendos equipos de desarrollo en Android e IOS. Cuentan con un backend en Java + Spring Boot, utilizando microservicios y todo ello bajo un clúster de Kubernetes, en Cloud usan Google, con un despliegue automatizado. ¿Qué reto tienen delante?Tienen un reto muy claro y un roadmap ya definido. La construcción (ya muy avanzada) y el lanzamiento de la innovadora propuesta de valor que se espera vea la luz en los próximos meses y su evolución en el medio-largo plazo.Una vez que comprendas el producto "end to end", código, arquitectura, paradigmas, esperarán algunas acciones de ti como:Revisar la arquitectura construida, y contribuir a su escalado, mejora continua. Asegurar se utilizan bien los patrones de diseño.No deberás desarrollar 100%, pero sí, no tener miedo a tocar código, cuando identifiques alguna mejor.Establecer (junto con tu Head of IT, Manuel) pautas de trabajo que mejoren el día a día del equipo de desarrollo.Para que te hagas una mejor idea, esta posición puede ser un 70-80% involucrado/a en la parte de gestión, arquitectura y diseño, y un 20-30 % más cerca del código, en desarrollo
