Resumen del puesto:
Para nuestra oficina de Madrid, buscamos una persona que será encargada de garantizar y proporcionar asistencia técnica de diseño e ingeniería a clientes, directa o indirectamente a través de los distintos canales de venta. Trabajará con productos, soluciones y servicios incluidos en la cartera digital, y de monitorización y control de Xylem, dando soporte directo al actual Product Manager.
Responsabilidades principales:
Ingeniería/Diseño y ofertas de soluciones dentro del ciclo del agua.
Comprender necesidades de clientes y asegurar que las ofertas se correspondan.
Contactar proactivamente con el cliente directamente cuando se requiera.
Defender técnicamente una oferta cuando sea requerido.
Estandarización de soluciones de Monitorización y Control.
Creación de dosieres técnicos, estándar y no estándar, conforme sea requerido.
Promoción de nuevos productos, soluciones y/o iniciativas marcadas por la compañía.
Participación en cursos de formación y seminarios internos/externos.
Visitar instalaciones y clientes puntualmente.
Fomentar el trabajo en equipo.
Titulaciones:
Ingeniero técnico o superior con dotes técnico-comerciales.
Especialidad Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o similar.
Experiencia de al menos 3/5 años en sistemas de comunicación (Especialmente IoT así como SCADAs) y equipos de Metrología.
Muy valorable experiencia en el sector del agua.
Nivel alto de inglés y español, tanto oral como escrito.
Carnet de conducir.
Gestión comercial y relaciones con clientes.
DISPONIBILIDAD PARA VIAJAR: 20% dentro y fuera de España
LOCATION: Madrid
CONTRACTO: indefinido
