Purpose of the Role: We currently seek dedicated Retail Consultants (Part-Time & Full-Time) to work within our Stores and Department Counter in Madrid.
The successful applicants will have flexible availability and will be required to work weekends.
The Retail Consultant has the responsibility to sell our products through intelligent customer interactions.
Using effective communication and selling skills, they explore possibilities that unite customers with products that meet their needs and create lasting customer relationships.
Primary Tasks: Deliver seamless customer experience Drive sales performance Communicate brand and category knowledge Suitability: Enjoy interacting with others and working in a team Display confidence in communication, including touch demonstration Quickly adapt to people and situations Enjoy providing solutions to customers' needs Aim to deliver and exceed on goals and targets Motivated by going above customer expectations Key Experience, Knowledge & Skills: Experience in customer service environment (For example, Department counters, retail, hotel, restaurant, café) History of successfully participating in and contributing to a sales team to drive commercial outcomes Ability to utilise empathy to manage relationships Knowledge of skin care and skin care industry, and fragrance Strong communication skills - Spanish and English required (Additional languages are beneficial) Benefits: Monthly commission based on sales goals Product selection and staff discount on Aesop products Paid Volunteering Days Aesop is committed to attracting, developing, and retaining the very best people by offering a creative and inclusive workplace where talent is truly recognised and rewarded.
