Category Manager med kommerciel flair og globalt ansvar Som Category Manager får du ansvaret for kategorien High Energy Biomass Sourcing i Nature Energy, som er indkøb af højenergi biomasser fra industrivirksomheder.
Ydermere får du ansvaret for definere strategien for kategorien, sikre afklaring med interne stakeholders, forhandle aftaler og sikre at disse implementeres sammen med kollegaer i øvrige afdelinger.
Som led i Nature Energys vækststrategi, så er en række nye anlæg under planlægning og opførelse i udlandet, herunder Frankrig, Holland og Canada.
Disse markeder indgår desuden i ansvarsområdet i forhold til generel afdækning af biomasser.
Konkrete opgaver er blandt andet: Forhandling og indgåelse af kontrakter Indgåelse af rammeaftaler Udvikling af kategoristrategi, som afstemmes med øvrige kollegaer og enheder på tværs af firmaet Opbygning af og videreudvikling af relationer i markedet Løbende tiltag for økonomisk optimering af biomassestrategien Din arbejdsplads bliver hovedsageligt på vores hovedkontor i Odense, men der er også mulighed for at være i Støvring, Aarhus eller København.
Category Manager med sans for at skabe fremdrift og stærke relationer Vi forestiller os, at du har erfaring fra en indkøbsfunktion som f.eks.
strategisk indkøber, Category Manager eller lignende.
Du behøver ikke at have erfaring med indkøb af biomasser, men det kan naturligvis være en fordel.
Som person er du en god forhandler og trives med forhandlingsprocesserne samt indgåelse af rammeaftaler og kontrakter.
Ligeledes kan det være en fordel, at du er fortrolig med funktionens processer, herunder markedsanalyser, leverandør audits og tværorganisatorisk samarbejde med projekterings- og designfunktioner, R&D og Supply Chain.
Du analytisk skarp, har gode samarbejdsevner og forstår at navigere i et internationalt miljø på tværs af faggrupper, og du trives i en dynamisk organisation, som er under kraftig international udvidelse.
Ydermere er du god til at skabe og fastholde relationer med leverandørerne.
Du er målrettet og går efter at opnå gode aftaler.
Afslutningsvis er dit arbejde kendetegnet ved at være velorganiseret, struktureret og systematisk.
Du evner at underbygge dine strategier og anbefalinger med databaserede analyser og kan fremstille komplekse kommercielle sammenhænge på overskuelig vis.
