.Team Mission : We're looking forWe're looking fortech-savvy, hospitality focused, individuals to join a new team within RadissonHotel Gorup (RHG) IT Service Management area, based in Radisson's Centerof Excellence in Madrid.The First LevelSupport team's primary function is to support RHG's central PropertyManagement Systems (PMS), used by more than 400 hotels worldwide on their dailyoperations. We do this by providing first hand support for application errorsand configuration requests, with a focus on service quality and a time toresolution.We offer an agile,professional, efficient, and process orientated support function to theRadisson community, which includes guest facing staff and back-office teams, inareas such as Front Office, Meetings & Events, Point of Sale and Loyalty.All our activities arebased on industry standard best practices (ITIL) and often require directcontact with end users (hotel teams) and technical support teams, both RHG'sand external vendors.Role purpose :The primary purposes ofthe PMS Support Technician role are :Gaina deep technical knowledge in RHG's central PMS application, based on SAP TMSForHotelsproduct, named EMMA after RHG's moto : Every Moment Matters.UnderstandRHG's business processes and organization structure to provide relevant andvaluable support to the organization.Providefist level support for application errors in EMMA based on the availableknowledge materials and individual / team knowledge.Whenrequired, interact with 3rd party suppliers and other support teamsto resolve incidents.Performon demand configurations in the PMS application requested by the hotels.Documentnew processes and troubleshooting documents for both the team and end user'sbenefit.What we offer :You would be joining aninternational and dynamic team, working for one of the top Hotel chains in theworld, ranked #3 Global Best Employer in Travel & Leisure by Forbesin 2023 and awarded every year with several sustainability and environmentalimpact mentions.Surrounded by highlyskilled professionals with both Hospitality and IT backgrounds, the positionoffers end-to-end experience in hotel Operations with a strong focus ontechnology services for hospitality, the area leading the biggest changes andimprovements in the hotel business.The position offers acompetitive salary package, with great work-like balance for the hospitalityindustry standards and company benefits.Key roles and responsibilities :Service Operations and Delivery : Responsible fordelivering high quality services to the RHG community.Stakeholder Management : Operate as a point of interaction / escalation for Requests forInformation, Configuration and Incidents.Party Intermediator : Interact as needed with partners to ensure promptresolution of incidents.People Management : From stakeholders to external partners, we ensure that properrelations are established across the board
