General Manager**Mision**:
Deberá gestionar la unidad de negocio de Contract Manufacturing, liderando el desarrollo comercial con el objetivo de incrementar el mercado de negocio de fabricación.
**Functions**:

- Actuar como consultor empresarial, estableciendo y aplicando planes empresariales de crecimiento y realizando revisiones empresariales periódicas, identificando las necesidades de los clientes.
- Identificar oportunidades para aumentar el negocio, realizar prospección de mercados, análisis cualitativos y cuantitativos.
- Completar toda la administración necesaria de forma puntual y precisa, incluida la actualización de la información de los clientes.
- Desarrollar y gestionar asociaciones estratégicas para hacer crecer el negocio.
- Investigar e identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, incluyendo áreas de crecimiento, tendencias, clientes, asociaciones, productos y servicios o nuevas formas de llegar a los mercados existentes, presentando oportunidades de negocio a los ejecutivos de la empresa y a la alta dirección.
- Utiliza la iniciativa para identificar nuevas áreas de crecimiento para el negocio.
- Responsable de garantizar que se obtengan, supervisen y comuniquen los comentarios de los clientes y la información sobre la competencia para respaldar las estrategias de mejora empresarial.
- Representar a la empresa externamente, por ejemplo, en eventos de networking, conferencias y exposiciones para mejorar y reforzar el perfil de la empresa y optimizar todas las oportunidades de desarrollo empresarial.
- Viajar y reunirse con contactos clave cuando sea necesario.
- Prever actividades comerciales, y establecer relaciones comerciales sólidas con los clientes.
- Planificar y realizar presentaciones de éxito para nuevos negocios.
- Proporcionar a los clientes un apoyo técnico, como la elección de materias primas en términos de precio y calidad.
- Capacidad para negociar con los clientes fórmulas de precios y costes de producción con todo el apoyo interno pertinente.
- Asistir y realizar presentaciones en actos del sector, como eventos de asociaciones y conferencias, y proporcionar comentarios e información sobre las tendencias del mercado.
- Identificar y seguir las oportunidades de proyectos, analizar y determinar su viabilidad.
- Dirigir reuniones y presentaciones con clientes; investigar y establecer relaciones con nuevos clientes.
- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos tanto generales como específicos de la posición, así como asegurar la realización de todas las tareas al alcance para facilitar la consecución de los objetivos de la compañía.
**Requirements**:
**FORMACIÓN**
- Licenciatura en Química o similar.
- Formación adicional en escuelas especializadas en el sector F&F.
**CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS**
- Conocimientos y experiência en Contract Manufacturing en la industria F&F o similar.
- Conocimientos avanzados del paquete Office.
- Conocimientos de SAP.
- Conocimientos de procedimientos técnico y de calidad sobre el servicio y la satisfacción del cliente.
**CONOCIMIENTOS COMPLEMENTARIOS**
- Conocimientos avanzados de las materias primas utilizadas en perfumes y aromas.
- Conocimientos de comercio internacional (INCOTERMS).
- Sensibilidad olfativa.
**IDIOMAS**
- Español: avanzado
- Inglés: avanzado
- Francés: avanzado
