The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for providing guidance to managers and employees on varying ER issues including conflict resolution, performance management, grievances and policy interpretation. This role will include conducting investigations, and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement.Responsibilities Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes between employees and management, facilitating discussions to resolve issues and improve working relationships. Performance Management: Assist managers with performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Policy Interpretation: Provide guidance on the interpretation and application of company policies and employment laws. Investigations: Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, including harassment, discrimination, and other workplace issues. Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations
