Únete a nosotros en la búsqueda de soluciones para lograr un futuro sostenible.ACCIONA en su negocio de Concesiones precisa incorporar en el equipo de Desarrollo de Negocio una persona para trabajar en las ofertas de proyectos nacionales e internacionales vinculados al sector de las infraestructuras bajo regímenes público-privados (PPP).Descripción del puestoCoordinate, programme and implement the projects he/she leads within his/her functional area, based on the standards and procedures set forth, with the aim of developing suitable solutions, in line with the specific cases and needs of each situation/internal customer.Responsible for preparing the bids submitted by the company to the tenderee or to sellers/manufacturers in the case of requests for quotations. Coordinates the team within the Concessions to determine the price and term of the work, among other aspects of contractual character, which will be binding for the company and its partners during the contractual period or until the asset is sold. The Tender Manager must find out immediately about all tenders that are announced on the market within the company's field of activity and select the corresponding tenders.Requisitos del candidatoMisión: Liderar la realización de ofertas de los procesos de licitación de infraestructuras civiles, sociales, de transporte de energía y regenerativas bajo el esquema de Concesión / PPP (greenfield/brownfield) y de los procesos de adquisición de concesiones (brownfield) con alcance geográfico globalFunciones:- Coordinar los equipos de oferta internos y externos desde el lado de la SPV, englobando las perspectivas financieras, legales, técnicas y de sostenibilidad.- Definición de tareas clave y su programación para conseguir la entrega de la oferta en tiempo y forma, tanto internos como externos (asesores) en caso de ser necesario- Identificación de riesgos contractuales dentro de los documentos de licitación.- Definición de la estructura contractual más adecuada para cada proyecto, así como su preparación y negociación.- Responsable de la ejecución del proceso de licitación o transacción, elaborando los informes y documentos necesarios según el tipo de transacción.- Liderar las comunicaciones con socios y clientes durante el desarrollo de las distintas oportunidades
