.Site Name: GSK Tres Cantos, MadridPosted Date: Jun 21 2024Tenders Project Manager – Vaccines Business Unit We are currently searching for a Project Manager, reporting to the Vaccines Tender Strategic Lead, to join the Vaccines Team in working towards the optimization of the execution phase in awarded tenders.The candidate should demonstrate experience in project management, knowledge about demand planning and supply chain, and problem-solving skills in the context of customer service. It is imperative that the individual joining the team demonstrates teamwork capability, dynamism, motivation, organizational & prioritization skills and is used to collaborate remotely.In this role, you will:Work to optimize the execution of awarded tenders observing the client requests conveyed by the KAMs Team, analyzing their feasibility, suggesting improvements and building trust (externally & internally).Have to be proactive to make recommendations to commercial, customer services, supply, and other teams for continuous improvement.Coordinate the implementation of the actions resulting from the above in a way which is aligned with the tenders' strategy, with different departments, and compliant at all levels.Analyze the tenders' execution phase, establishing control mechanisms to anticipate risks and defining KPIs.
