This is a unique opportunity to join at an exciting time for Ebury and to help us to grow our business significantly over the coming years.ROLE:This new role within the Ebury Technology team presents a unique opportunity to shape our iOS Mobile app from its inception.As an early-stage project, you'll have the chance to craft a ground-breaking mobile experience with genuine ownership, building Ebury's mobile presence from its foundation.You'll work with industry standard tools and technologies - and help us define what great looks like for our mobile apps.As an Mobile engineer you'll work in a small, autonomous product squad alongside Backend Engineers, API Engineers, Product Designers and Product Managers.You'll report to an engineering manager who will meet with you every week for a 1:1, their mission is to help you develop and grow.Translate your skills into real-world solutions. Rather than building a specific feature you'll have the opportunity to have impact on both what we build, and how we build it.Ownership of the existing iOS app code base, with autonomy to improve what's already there.Management and coaching of a junior developer.Collaborate across disciplines to test hypotheses and make a difference to customers through the delivery and iteration of new app functionality and experiences.Stay up to speed on the latest mobile development practices, tools and frameworksIdentify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automatization.REQUIREMENTS:(+7 years) Proven working experience in software development, with a significant portfolio of released applications on iOS platforms.Proficient with Swift and familiar with UIKit, as well as Cocoa Touch.Experience using Combine architecture
