The Data Center Engineering Operations Technician is a hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operation responder.

Your work will help to maintain one of the world's largest information system infrastructures.Key Job Responsibilities As an Electrical Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that the preventive maintenance of site-critical facility infrastructure is planned and executed to the highest standards, in accordance with AWS procedures, setting and maintaining the highest standards for safety and actively promoting a world-class safety culture in all aspects of operational procedure.This position requires frequent site interventions, critical switching activities, along with troubleshooting and fixing infrastructure issues.
The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a 'hands-on' capacity on Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) infrastructure such as diesel generators, MV/LV switchgear, UPS's, PDU's, Pumps, AHU's, fire detection systems, and building automation systems.On a daily basis, you will work semi-autonomously in the operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in the data center, ensuring all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work
