If you want to take part in a company known for its inclusive and supportive workplace culture and where you can grow professionally along with our product, then please read on, as we can't wait to tell you more about the positionPosition ResponsibilitiesLead the Release Management team, its growth and evolution to Developer Productivity Engineering.Team organizational tasks: lead the definition (individually and with the SWE stakeholders), prioritization, and management of the team's backlog.Team ResponsibilitiesMotto: Provide a satisfying developer experience (optimized development processes, tools, practices, and automation) that allows developers to enhance their efficiency:Complete tasks more quickly.Maintain high-quality code.Reduce the time it takes to deliver software products and updates.In details:Provide product development internal tooling and technical processes.Manage Jenkins CI system used company-wide for both product/project-specific development.Manage the product release process.Manage GitLAB hosting (SaaS) used for code hosting and collaboration.Manage the Issue tracker used for product development.Manage/run several internal production and/or testing servers (Ubuntu LTS on AWS).The professional we are seekingMS in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Telecommunications.1+ years experience in a team lead position.5+ years experience in release management and/or managing CI systems (preferably Jenkins).5+ years experience in Linux System Administration (Ubuntu Linux or similar).Experience with PostgreSQL, Tomcat, Apache2, Git.Experience with scripting (bash, python) is a plus.Experience with Ansible is a plus.Experience managing GitLab is a plus.Experience with AWS Cloud is a plus.Also, experience in designing technical solutions in coordination with other teams/departments.Good written and oral communication skills in English is a must.Analytical thinking detail-oriented.Initiative, flexibility, and adaptability.What do we offer?Above competitive salary benefits package.Possibility to work in a hybrid work model up to 3 days of home office.Flexibility in schedule.Free training (English/French/Spanish lessons + adapted training based on your professional needs and interests).Continuous performance feedback with an annual review so you can keep growing professionally.Fresh fruit, drinks, and loads of snacks every day.Referral bonus.Fantastic colleagues from all over the world.A career in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment.An opportunity to accelerate your professional development.We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, where individuals of all genders are equally empowered to thrive, grow, and contribute to our collective success.
