Dentro del equipo de Dentsu Barcelona buscamos un Digital Lead.La misión del puesto será garantizar la implementación y desarrollo de la estrategia y producto digital en los clientes de la oficina de Barcelona, así como los planes y roadmaps estratégicos de servicio y negocio anual en línea con los objetivos de la compañía y reportando al Head of Digital de la oficina de Barcelona.Job Title:Digital Lead**Job Description**:Responsabilidades generales:- Garantizar la implementación y desarrollo de la estrategia y producto digital en los clientes de la oficina de Barcelona, así como los planes y roadmaps estratégicos de servicio y negocio anual en línea con los objetivos de la compañía y reportando al Head of Digital de la oficina de Barcelona.- Elaborar las recomendaciones en los planes estratégicos y alinear el plan operativo y roadmaps de producto y transformación digital de los clientes, alineando necesidades y objetivos con los Business Leader y Directores de Servicios responsables de las diferentes cuentas.- Verificar y supervisar el cumplimiento de los objetivos marcados y el desarrollo de los diferentes roadmap de los proyectos estratégicos con el cliente, así como ayudar al cliente en el desarrollo de sus capacidades digitales desde la visión estratégica de la agencia y desarrollando nuevas soluciones para el cliente.- Coordinar la gestión de los proyectos y áreas especializadas, para las distintas peticiones de los departamentos y unidades de negocio del cliente de la mano de los especialistas digitales.- Mantener la comunicación con los clientes informado a través de status y gestionar la resolución de incidencias asegurando el contacto con los partners y áreas especializadas.- Supervisar reuniones con las áreas de especialización para la mejora del plan estratégico.- Coordinar e integrar los distintos proyectos digitales especializados Junto con el Head of Digital.Requerimientos- Experiência al menos como Digital Account Director de 4 años o Digital Lead.- Experiência en clientes con un alto nível de desarrollo digital y fuerte background en las principales disciplanas digitales, con especial foco en Google, Amazon, Social Media, Programática y Data, Tech y Analytics.- Conocimiento de todas las herramientas de mercado, reporting, analytics, GMP y Dashboards- Valorable experiência en clientes de retail y eCommerce.- Experiência sólida en gestión de personas y equipos especializados multidisciplinares.- Dominio de Español e Inglés.Inclusion and DiversityAbout Dentsu- Taking a people-centered approach to business transformation, we use insights to connect brand, content, commerce and experience, underpinned by modern creativity.
