Desde Manpower, buscamos dos Service Delivery Engineer para incorporar en importante cliente dedicado a la fabricación de envases y procesado de alimentos en Arganda del Rey.
Funciones: - Puesta a punto de las instalaciones y maquinaria.
- Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las máquinas para mantener los estándares de calidad del procedimiento.
- Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la línea de producción.
- Analizar, reparar y resolver posibles averías o fallos técnicos.
- Reducir el coste operacional de los clientes, asegurar un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente ofreciendo servicios de alta calidad.
- Establecer y mantener una relación positiva y continua con los clientes, incluyendo apoyo y soporte en los asuntos y problemas del cliente.
- Reportar de manera precisa sobre cada servicio en el software interno.
- Conocer y y trabajar de acuerdo a la normativa de riesgos laborales, entendiendo la importancia de la calidad del producto y fomentar la seguridad en la cultura de la empresa.
Requisitos: - Estudios universitarios de grado/Grado superior en ingeniería eléctrica, automatización, mecatrónica, electromecánica o similares.
- Nivel alto de inglés y español.
Portugués valorable.
- 3 años de experiencia realizando tareas similares.
- Interés genuino en la técnica y la atención al cliente, poniendo el foco en la calidad.
- Disponibilidad para viajar (el 90% de la jornada se trabaja en el cliente, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional).
- Habilidades de escritura/reporte.
- Conocimientos en programación de Siemens Step7.

- Habilidades comunicativas.
- Actitud enfocada en la satisfacción del cliente.
- Permiso de conducir y pasaporte.
