What you will do
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Analyze financial KPIs, monitor variances, identify trends, and recommend strategic actions.
Prepare monthly management reports that inform key decision-makers.
Assist in preparing the annual budget, forecasting, and mid-term planning processes.
Contribute to the development of cutting-edge planning and analysis tools.
Take on other exciting ad-hoc assignments as needed, driving continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis and statement preparation.
Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and financial reporting procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
A self-starter with a proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy—no financial stone left unturned
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level) with strong oral and written communication skills.
