**FUNCTIONS**: Importante empresa internacional de automoción busca incorporar a su equipo a un FP&A Analyst.
Responsabilidades: Apoyar al equipo de Control durante las actividades de fin de mes.
Preparación y análisis de estados financieros mensuales (P&L, balance general, estado de flujo de efectivo).
Análisis de indicadores financieros clave, monitoreo de variaciones, identificación de tendencias y recomendación de acciones a la dirección.
Preparación de informes gerenciales mensuales para impulsar la toma de decisiones.
Colaborar en la preparación del presupuesto anual y procesos de pronóstico, así como en la planificación a medio plazo.
Participar en el desarrollo de herramientas de planificación y análisis.
Realizar otras tareas específicas según sea necesario.
Requisitos: Educación a nível de licenciatura o equivalente (Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas y/o Económicas, o titulación equivalente).
Conocimiento de regulaciones y procedimientos contables.
Dominio de Microsoft Excel (creación de funciones, tablas dinámicas).
Nível alto de francés.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas, con capacidad para pensar de manera independiente y llegar a conclusiones.
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales.
Persona motivada y proactiva con una actitud positiva ante todos los desafíos.
Buena atención al detalle y precisión.
