**Funciones principales**:
- Supervisar el equipo de servicio al cliente, incluyendo la planificación y asignación de tareas.
- Monitorear el rendimiento del equipo y proporcionar retroalimentación constructiva.
- Resolver problemas de clientes complejos y manejar quejas para garantizar su satisfacción.
- Capacitar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo en habilidades de atención al cliente y conocimientos del producto.
- Implementar estrategias para mejorar la calidad del servicio, la eficiencia y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para integrar el servicio al cliente con otras actividades empresariales.
- Preparar informes sobre el desempeño del equipo, metas alcanzadas y áreas de mejora.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência de al menos 5 años en roles de liderazgo o supervisión en servicio al cliente.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
- Fuerte orientación al cliente y habilidad para motivar al equipo.
- Experiência trabajando con herramientas de CRM y software de gestión de tickets.
- Excelente dominio del inglés.
Se valorará muy positivamente tener formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Arquitectura, o similar
