This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as an Account Executive, joining our Sales Team in the Swiss region. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving net new business for Remote.

Your Responsibilities
  • Built key customer relationships, including key decision makers and champions, to drive successful client outcomes, grow accounts, and achieve revenue goals.
  • Native or professional fluency in German and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, ability to qualify opportunities involving multiple key decision makers, initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quota.
  • Ability to build an outbound sales pipeline using different channels, including cold calls.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work independently and as an active member of the team.
  • Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
  • Ability to build trust with clients and work as an advisor.
  • Capable of forecasting sales to achieve targets on a monthly basis.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota based on role level and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Identify new opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Maintain a clean and current pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities.
  • Presentation and delivery of information to potential clients.
  • Proactive answering of client questions and follow-up.
  • Collaboration and communication with key departments supporting client processes and support.
  • Closing of sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process.
  • Understanding of communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers and design solutions accordingly.
  • Self-generated leads through calls, premise visits, networking, and industry events.

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Remote aims to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits worldwide. We pay above in-location rates to support global talent-hiring and local wealth creation, using geo ranges to determine pay differentials. The salary range for this position is $37,475 USD to $126,550 USD, depending on factors like location, skills, experience, and market demands.
