We work for clients from the public and private sectors,providing creative and sustainable solutions based on the efficient use of resources. Role We are looking for a Project Manager specialized in design and construction for the Science & Industry sector. In this role, you will support the project leader in coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams, managing suppliers, as well as liaising with the client's technical team and public administrations. The candidate will join Arup Madrid's Property Advisory team. Although the candidate's main tasks will involve coordination, management, and consultancy, it would be valuable to have first-hand experience in the design, calculation, sizing, and specification of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems in tertiary buildings within the technology sector/data centers, and industrial (Science & Industry & Technology) sectors. Among the main functions: Coordination of Science & Industry & Technology projects Collaborate with other teams to provide organizational solutions that promote efficient project delivery Assist with the delivery of bids, reports,and other documents to ensure the production of deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets Support project monitoring Assist in project financial control, costs, and budgets Attend internal and external meetings with clients and suppliers Site visits Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technologies Engineering, or Industrial Engineering Between 6-8 years of experience in relevant positions, especially in coordination Great interest in the construction industry in the Science & Industry & Technology sector Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) High level of English proficiency (C1); other languages are desirable Ability to work in a team, proactivity, and dynamism Valuable Experience in construction sites Experience in Data Processing Centers Knowledge of BIM Management, Revit,AutoCAD Knowledge of Presto and MS Project / Primavera Conditions Immediate incorporation How to apply for this vacancy?
