Brand amp; Customer Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Southern EuropeLocation: Barcelona, SpainMission: In this role, you will develop amp; execute the marketing plans for Southern Europe (Spain, France, Italy), with the goal of driving brand building initiatives and sustainable sell-through results for both the Sportswear and the Workwear side of the business. Reports to: Regional Marketing Manager, Continental Europe. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strong business partner to the Sales team amp; develop focused Marketing plans in alignment with the company growth strategy for omnichannel successExecute the Marketing mix for Southern Europe (Sportswear amp; Workwear)Regional Marketing budget managementManage amp; activate the local PR agencies (Spain, France amp; Italy)Identify and establish relevant partnerships and collaborations with local organizations, ambassadors and influencers that can strengthen the brand in the region. Manage the key local brand partnerships for asset generation amp; storytelling through PR amp; the company#39;s owned channelsPlan amp; execute local events (PR, Consumer or Trade facing activities)Plan amp; develop KA and specialty stores sell-in amp; sell-through programs (in-store amp; digital)Leverage the regional retail network for PR work amp; consumer engagement initiativesSupport the development and distribution of Marketing materials for tech clinics amp; staff trainingsManage and adapt assets for use across omni-channelExperience/SkillsUniversity degree or similar in the field of Marketing/Business+5 years working experience within Marketing (preference for sports/outdoor industry or FMCG)Very strong verbal amp; written communication skills in English amp; Spanish (knowledge of French amp;/or Italian is a plus)Networking amp; partnership management experienceStrong presentation skillsGood skills in MS-Office, especially in Power-PointWilling to multitask and work under pressure, with ability to prioritize effectivelyStrong project management and coordination skillsEffectively balance autonomy and collaborationUnderstanding of the retail and sporting goods environmentExperience with digital amp; in-store customer campaignsInterest in technical apparel amp; footwearHaving a holistic view amp; understanding of importance of sales and marketing collaborationAdaptable to changing demands and circumstancesPersonal AttributesSolution oriented with positive mindsetEnergetic and enthusiasticSystematic and well organizedTeam playerHaving a "doer-mentality", ready for hands-on workSocial intelligence, adaptable to different cultures amp; stylesEmpathy for other perspectivesActive ListeningPassion for sports amp; the outdoorsWillingness to travelWe Offer: The opportunity to join a high-performance team within a global brand in growth.
