Funciones
Asegurar el correcto abastecimiento de productos no destinados a la reventa o Goods Not For Resale (GNFR) a nivel Nacional, de acuerdo con las instrucciones del departamento internacional de GNFR y el Real Estate and Expansion Store Construction Director.
Evaluar y analizar las necesidades de materiales, productos y servicios dentro del departamento de GNFR.
Analizar las tendencias de mercado en compras indirectas.
Recopilar las especificaciones, cantidades y otras informaciones de interés para poder realizar el proceso de licitación.
Negociar y definir las condiciones en los contratos con los proveedores, asegurando que todos los términos necesarios están recogidos en el contrato.
Facilitar y velar por la robustez de la información contenida en las hojas de negociación de cada producto y/o servicio.
Crear contratos para todas las sociedades de ALDI España en base a los acuerdos alcanzados por el departamento internacional de GNFR.
Realizar un seguimiento de los acuerdos alcanzados con los proveedores, garantizando el cumplimiento de los mismos.
Asegurar que todos los productos y servicios cumplen con las demandas y requisitos de calidad, identificando las palancas de negociación más relevantes para ello.
Identificar necesidades de productos a incorporar o sustituir en el plan de acción.
Asegurar y planificar la adecuada implementación y adaptabilidad de proyectos internacionales de la compañía dentro de su ámbito de responsabilidad.
Controlar la gestión de la categoría, analizando consumos, incidencias, procesos u otros aspectos a mejorar mediante la optimización de los mismos.
Requisitos
Grado Universitario en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Económicas, Ingeniería Industrial o similar.
Al menos 3 años de experiencia liderando negociaciones de materiales, productos y/o servicios, preferiblemente en el sector gran consumo.
Muy valorable experiencia previa en compras indirectas.
Experiencia en revisión, análisis y seguimiento de contratos, KPIs y objetivos.
Conocimientos en investigación de mercados y benchmarking.
Nivel alto de Excel.
Ubicación en nuestras oficinas de Sant Cugat del Vallès.
