Take Back Expansion and Compliance Operations ManagerThe Supplies HP Planet Partners Program (PPP) provides a convenient and free of charge solution for HP customers to return and recycle their used HP inkjet and toner cartridges. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the expansion of our voluntary takeback operations. The ideal candidate will manage new service expansions into new countries or services, lead projects aimed at improving and broadening the program within the EMEA region, and spearhead various initiatives designed to enhance and extend our Take Back services. Additionally, the candidate should possess substantial experience in handling compliance and regulatory matters.
Key responsibilities Monitor Compliance/Regulatory Requirements in EMEAMonitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for new countries and any changes in current countries.Work closely with Sustainability teams and suppliers to uphold compliance standards.Prepare and maintain documentation to support regulatory compliance efforts.Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on compliance matters.New Country Expansion to Africa Project Management LeadLead the project management efforts for the expansion into new African countries.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.Identify and mitigate risks associated with the expansion projects.Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.Oversee the creation, management, and maintenance of program documentation.Ensure all project-related documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.End-to-End Vendor Management and OnboardingManage the entire supplier/vendor onboarding process, including vendor relationship management, request for quotation/proposal, negotiation, vendor selection, and onboarding.Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.Ensure the onboarding process is efficient and compliant with company policies and procedures.Identify opportunities for service enhancement (customer experience and savings related), lead/develop/execute recommendations and provide insights to management team.Escalations Management for EMEAHandle all escalations and resolve issues related to the program deliveries, supplier/vendor management, and compliance within the EMEA region.Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and provide timely resolution.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address and resolve escalations effectively.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Proven experience in project management and regulatory compliance, with experience in the expansion of services to other countries as a strong plus.Proven experience in supplier/vendor management and onboarding processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with mastery in English.Highly organized and a good multi-tasker.Reliability and a strong sense of ownership.Highly flexible, motivated, and focused person.What we offer: Opportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world.Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities, including HP's own learning platform and LinkedIn Learning.An attractive benefits package:Health & Life insuranceLunch at reduced prices at our canteenHP product discountWork-life balance / flexible working hours.Women, Pride, Young employees, Sustainability and DisAbility Just a few of our fantastic global business networks you can get involved with locally.We dedicate time and resources to contribute to our community through Corporate Volunteering activities, including our onsite HP Charity day.Do you like to give back to the community?
