Our employees come from a variety of backgrounds within research, healthcare, industry and the academic sphere.NOTE THIS ROLE IS TO COVER A MATERNITY LEAVEAttention and filter of callsCoordination and management of Travels (internal customer)Administrative tasks and support to different departments (Medical & Marketing)Support Logistic organization of events, international fairs, trips of incentives and seminars of formation, congress registrations.Helping in implementation of the EFPIA HCP/HCO Disclosure Code Compliance. Testing the Sobi Data Collection Tool.Healthcare Compliance. Keep record and classify every Sobi Transfer of Value to HCP/HCOs and every Promotional Material.Control and maintenance of the office material. Supply of office material and contact suppliersSupport in English translationsEducation/Learning Experience/Work ExperienceRequired:Secretariat training in direction or assistantFluency in written and spoken English.Advanced user MS Office.Skills/Knowledge/LanguagesRequired:Capacity planning and coordination, flexibility, resolution, integration and identification with the project objectives.High capacity for teamwork and communication.Personal AttributesRequired: Demonstration of CARE valuesPersonal AttributesExcellent organizational skills, accurate and reliableExcellent interpersonal skillsPro-active and independent work attitudeAbility to multi-task effectively and prioritize workloadCommunication style that allows positive and open dialogue with clients and empoloyeesIn addition, you should live up to our core values: Ambition, Ownership, Urgency, Partnership and Care.#J-18808-Ljbffr
