**Desde la Consultora de Selección Fed Finance, actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a OFFICE ASSISTANT para uno de nuestros clientes ubicados en la zona norte de Madrid. ¿Tienes experiência en puestos similares y quieres darle un empujón a tu carrera profesional?**
**SU FUNCIÓN**:
Las funciones a realizar serían:

- Gestión administrativa de la oficina
- Atención al cliente, personal y telefónica
- Punteo y escaneo.
- Control del archivo, documentación y organización interna de la oficina
- Gestión de facturas, recibos, nóminas, punto de contacto con equipos de contabilidad.
- Atención a clientes y control de baremos
- Asegure la organización de archivos basada en el protocolo de oficina
- Proporcionar soporte a la dirección con diversos temas

PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN:
1) Entrevista con un consultor/a de Fed Finance.
2) Entrevista online con el CFO.
3) Entrevista presencial en las oficinas del cliente.

**SU PERFIL**:

- Experiência mínima de dos años en cargos similares.
- Grado Superior en Administración o finalizado Grado en ADE.
- Manejo de Excel y Word y Outlook.
- Valorable inglés B1/B2
- Perfil organizado y proactivo.
