Allianz Technology Internal Audit fulfills this role, in line with the steady evolution of Allianz Technology as the global service provider for Allianz Group and its companies. It does this by providing assurance of Allianz Technology and its affiliates.You willAssignments of the internal auditor include identifying and evaluating risk, drafting audit programs and executing routine to complex audit program steps. She/he advises managers and their departments on how to improve the controls and provides recommendations. The Auditor writes audit reports, supports closing meetings and verifies that recommendations were implemented in the follow-up process.Strong technical and ethical characteristics are fundamental to audit success. An auditor should maintain appropriate technical skills as well as agility and a commitment to continuous learning. The ability to see the big picture is important for each audit.Audit PracticeSupports the completion of the audit planContributes in identifying risk-based audit areas, analyze audit results and support to develop proposals for solution and the preparation of closing meetingsMaintain the audit system and documentation and support audit report writingComply with the audit policies and the respective standardsSupport improvements of workflows, processes, security standards and documentation requirementsVerify if the audit's suggested measures were accomplished (follow up)Relationship Management- Take responsibility for the relationship with the auditees (deal with challenging situations, understand different perspectives)- Contribute to departmental and inter-organizational projectsYour SkillsThree to five years of pprofessional experience in internal/external audit or as consultant or equivalentBackground in IT, finance related function, insurance business, risk management etc
