Allianz Technology Internal Audit is an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the organization's operations.
It helps Allianz Technology to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes. Allianz Technology Internal Audit fulfills this role, in line with the steady evolution of Allianz Technology as the global service provider for Allianz Group and its companies. It does this by providing assurance of Allianz Technology and its affiliates.
You will Assignments of the internal auditor include identifying and evaluating risk, drafting audit programs and executing routine to complex audit program steps. She/he advises managers and their departments on how to improve the controls and provides recommendations. The Auditor writes audit reports, supports closing meetings and verifies that recommendations were implemented in the follow-up process.
Strong technical and ethical characteristics are fundamental to audit success. An auditor should maintain appropriate technical skills as well as agility and a commitment to continuous learning. The ability to see the big picture is important for each audit.
Audit Practice
Supports the completion of the audit plan Contributes in identifying risk-based audit areas, analyze audit results and support to develop proposals for solution and the preparation of closing meetings Maintain the audit system and documentation and support audit report writing Comply with the audit policies and the respective standards Support improvements of workflows, processes, security standards and documentation requirements Verify if the audit's suggested measures were accomplished (follow up) Relationship Management
Take responsibility for the relationship with the auditees (deal with challenging situations, understand different perspectives) Contribute to departmental and inter-organizational projects Your Skills Three to five years of pprofessional experience in internal/external audit or as consultant or equivalent Background in IT, finance related function, insurance business, risk management etc. are an advantage Understanding of Information Technology General Controls (ITGC) Business know how within other functions, regions and entities of Allianz Group is beneficial University degree in economics, business administration, information technology/computer sciences or equivalent Good communication skills are essential Talent to understand auditee's perspective and ability to listen Team spirit, self-motivation and a proactive and committed working style, ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures Excellent command of English (verbal and written) Comfortable with global team culture and ability to work in international environment Willingness to travel We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroad We believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location) From career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide and an environment where innovation, delivery and empowerment are fostered.
