About The Role
The core objective of this role is to support the CORE product franchise in achieving the goals and objectives of the Urology Division in Iberia, in coordination with the Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will contribute to tactical marketing plans (focused traditional and digital actions), together with accountability in the daily execution for the portfolio/business management and creativity in the creation of marketing activities/tools, knowing that with every project we are helping patients and physicians to find solutions that truly matter.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Be an active part in driving local country Marketing Strategy Implementation & Communication to develop customized messages and selling tools for the local market that enables the Sales Force to drive desired customer behavior change.
STONE Portfolio management, including interaction with Customer Service and collaboration with the tender department for technical requirements.
Help in managing events and training, internal and external, organized by BSC Urology.
Establish and promote a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
Participate in department project teams.
What Are We Looking For In You:
Graduated in Scientific and Medical Degrees, Engineering, Biology, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration and/or related subjects.
At least 1 year of full-time professional experience or equivalent relevant experience.
Being able to assess medical literature critically.
Ability and accountability in working by objectives in a very dynamic environment.
Good social/communication skills and teamwork predisposition.
Proactivity, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking.
High level of knowledge and use of office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word).
Fluent in English and Spanish.
