About the role:
The mission will be to provide service to our network of stores, with the aim of improving satisfaction, proposing ideas for improvement and increasing the quality and efficiency of the systems and processes in the area.
Principal functions:
Process orders, requests and petitions (Product replenishment, non-salable, office supplies, Express orders, raw materials, among others).Work together with the Commercial Manager Area reporting all kinds of cases identified in the stores.Act as the main contact of the stores, either by phone or electronically, acting as a link with the different corporate departments.Monitoring of the management of shipments to own stores, from preparation to final delivery.Manage the opening and closing of stores, entry of orders for non-salable material, product and their shipment, as well as change of address, entry of returns, blocking of merchandise and collection management.Prepare and distribute activity reports for managed stores.RequirementsAt least 2-5 years of work experience in B2B Customer Service.Advanced command of Spanish and English, a third language will be a plus.Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package, specially on Excel; knowledge in ERP's will be a plus.Availability to work in afternoon shift.A driving licence is desirable.Strong client-facing and communication skills.Team player; enthusiastic, accurate and commercially oriented.Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude towards work;Customer service orientation and passion for the Bridal Industry.Experience in receiving incoming calls and making outgoing calls.Organizational and multitasking skills, proactive and decisive attitude, used to teamwork.WHAT DOES PRONOVIAS GROUP OFFER?
