desde más de 300 tiendas Tiendanimal y Kiwoko, y desde más de 80 clínicas y consultorios veterinarios Clinicanimal y Kivet.

Estamos buscando a una persona para el equipo de Soporte a tiendas y clinicas en modalidad de Beca remunerada, para las oficinas centrales de Madrid.
Qué tareas realizará la persona que se incorpore?
- Gestión de incidencias de Software de tiendas y clínicas. Canalización al soporte adecuado.
- Integración de datos relacionados con los sistemas que dan cobertura al negocio de tiendas y clinicas.
- Pruebas y test de funcionalidades en diferentes entornos de Software y Hardware.
- Contacto con proveedores.
- Elaboración de informes de seguimiento.
- Tareas administrativas relacionadas con los sistemas informáticos.
- Herramienta de ticketing (Freshdesk)
Requisitos mínimos
Cómo será el / la candidata / a ideal?
- Grado medio o superior en Administración / Soporte. Doble grado ADE e informática.
- Persona con interés por la Administración y la Informática.
- Posibilidad de firmar convenio de colaboración para prácticas.
- Buen manejo del paquete Office, nivel alto de Excel valorable.
- Persona organizada, metódica, con iniciativa y buenas habilidades comunicativas.
- Persona con ganas de aprender.
