Nuestro cliente es una importante compañía IPP alemana especializada en energía solar fotovoltaica. Su principal actividad es el desarrollo, construcción y operación de parques solares a gran escala. La empresa trabaja tanto en proyectos a nivel nacional como internacional, contribuyendo así al crecimiento de la energía renovable y la transición hacia un futuro más sostenible. Actualmente necesita incorporar la figura del HSE Manager ubicada en las oficinas de Madrid para que atienda los proyectos en España. Desarrollar y mantener políticas y procedimientos de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente para garantizar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones y normativas aplicables. Establecer y promover una cultura de seguridad en la organización, fomentando la conciencia y el compromiso de todos los empleados. Identificar y evaluar los riesgos relacionados con las operaciones y actividades de la organización y desarrollar planes de acción para mitigar esos riesgos. Realizar inspecciones y auditorías periódicas para garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de HSE. Investigar y analizar incidentes y accidentes laborales para identificar las causas raíz y desarrollar medidas preventivas. Capacitar y educar a los empleados sobre prácticas seguras de trabajo y promover la conciencia sobre la importancia de la salud y seguridad. Establecer y mantener relaciones con agencias reguladoras y otras partes interesadas para mantenerse actualizado sobre las regulaciones y mejores prácticas en HSE. Mantener registros y reportar métricas y estadísticas relacionadas con la seguridad y el medio ambiente para evaluar el desempeño y mejorar continuamente. Participar en la planificación y ejecución de simulacros y ejercicios de respuesta a emergencias.
