col-wideJob Description:HSE Process Safety ManagerEl departamento EMSE abre una vacante para HSE Process Safety Manager.MISSION Y RESPONSABILIDADESEn dependencia del HSE and LP Manager, promoverá la Seguridad, Higiene, Salud y respeto por el Medioambiente a través de los sistemas de gestión HSE, a la vez que dará cumplimiento a los requisitos legales de aplicación en el centro, dentro de su ámbito de responsabilidad.Sus principales responsabilidades serán::Cubrir las disciplinas de Seguridad e Higiene dentro del Servicio de Prevención Propio de COTY y cumplir los requisitos aplicables por la Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales ---, entre ellos las responsabilidades definidas en el Plan de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales de la Planta como técnico del SPP.:En el ámbito de Seguridad, asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales aplicables en cuanto a la manipulación, procesado y almacenamiento de productos inflamables (ATEX, APQ) y químicos. Aplicar los métodos de evaluación de riesgo de procesos y máquinas/equipos de trabajo.:Mantener adaptado y vigente el Plan de Autoprotección de COTY, siendo el contacto con la administración para todas las gestiones al respecto.:Actuar como primer interlocutor frente a la compañía aseguradora. Evaluar los requerimientos de Loss Prevention de acuerdo con el programa global de COTY, elaborar la propuesta de actuación y validar su ejecución.:Liderar la aplicación del programa de Construction Safety de COTY y el cumplimento legal en los proyectos de Obras de Construcción(RD ---) aplicables.:Asegurar el cumplimiento legal en la gestión de la Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales (CAE), dando soporte al respecto al equipo de HSE. Participar en la evaluación y homologación de contratas.:Participar en el resto de los programas de HSE como miembro del SPP y desarrollar la planificación y ejecución de la actividad preventiva mediante los planes de acción definidos.:Colaborar específicamente en tareas de evaluación de riesgos, elaboración de permisos de trabajo y formación a todos los níveles en la planta de COTY, a la vez que asesorar a todos los departamentos en las especialidades asignadas.:Participar en los controles del cambio de equipos/instalaciones, así como en los nuevos proyectos, para incluir y validar los diferentes requerimientos legales y de Seguridad e Higiene aplicables.EL CANDIDATO IDEAL:Titulación universitaria científico/técnica.:Técnico/a Superior en PRL, imprescindible en Seguridad e Higiene.:Experiência mínima como técnico de Prevención de 5 años en entorno industrial, en sectores químico o farmacéutico.:Inglés nível alto.:Ofimática nível usuario (MS Office):Habilidades personales:Tylelist:Tyle:Type:Circle::Capacidad de liderazgo de personas y equipos:Persona habituada a trabajar en entorno exigente.:Adaptable al puesto y al entorno:Comunicación efectiva
