.Commercial Manager - Carbon2NatureWhat will you do?Develop and execute the commercial and sales strategy of the carbon credits generated by the nature-based solutions projects implemented by Carbon2Nature globally. Your job will be designing the sales strategy of our products and services, managing relationships with customers and partners, and promoting commercial actions to contribute to the leadership of Carbon2Nature, ensuring compliance with high quality levels and an effective response to the needs of our customers.What will your main tasks be?Design and implement sales strategies to achieve Carbon2Nature's business objectives. Such planning should be global in scope and include the identification and development of new lines of business in the market for nature-based solutions and carbon credits.Manage and strengthen the relationship with customers and our partners, anticipating and understanding their needs, attending to their queries and providing appropriate and personalized solutions. Develop effective actions to attract and retain customers.Search for customers and new business opportunities. Negotiate and close sales agreements with customers and ensure compliance with them in coordination with other lines of business and teams.Execute commercial actions to promote the company's products and services in collaboration with other teams (marketing, communication), including the development of communication materials and advertising campaigns, as well as the organization and participation in events, fairs, and conferences in the sector.Track prices and conduct research on carbon credit markets and nature-based solutions to identify trends and opportunities, as well as develop a deep understanding of customer needs. Analyze the competition and develop strategies to position Carbon2Nature competitively.Maintain an inventory of credits and transactions, manage the relationship with carbon standards and records, manage documentation related to contracts and sales, and prepare sales reports and performance analysis.What do we require?Degree on business administration, marketing and communication, finance, sustainability or similar.Experience of at least 3 years working in sales and commercial management in the field of carbon or natural capital markets, experience in trading related assets or products (e.G. renewables) is also an asset. Sense of responsibility, initiative, flexibility and decision-making.English Profesional LevelHigh level MS-OfficeProficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.Excellent communication, rapport, and negotiation skills.Ability to work autonomously and in a team.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of the carbon credit market and types of operationsAvailability to travel internationally, attendance at events and congresses.Face-to-face position in Madrid with flexible hours and ample autonomy
