Learn more about H&M here.We want to make it possible for everyone to look, feel and do good.On this journey we ´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Portfolio Leasing Manager you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the team, you will manage our physical store portfolio, negotiations and set a foundation for collaboration and alignment across expansion functions on strategy and projects.Key responsibilities include areas such as:Setting the OMNI strategy for your market portfolioNegotiate with key property owners and agentsOptimizing our portfolio through opening, renegotiating, rebuilding, moving and closing storesFinding top locations and deals for new portfolio brands and stores in accordance with roadmapQualificationsWe see that you are a result driven person who enjoys negotiating and managing multiple stakeholders and complexity. We believe that you are ambitious, competitive, humble and a fast learner. You have great analytical skills and leadership capabilities as well as a strong track record of results. As a person, we believe you value and enjoy taking ownership, responsibility, work at fast pace, teamwork and straight forward communication with a flexible mindset and attitude.Besides your personality we see that you have:At least 3 years working experience within leasing, real estate or a similar role and with experience in the retail real estate market (its potential OMNI, market places and physical brick& mortar, relevant competition, high street and shopping center locations.)Leasing management knowledge, understanding of lease contracts and real estate lawProven track record of leasing transactions, negotiations and business case simulationStrong in planning and executing together with a "can-do attitude" and self-motivating way of working in which constant improvement is part of your way of workingFlexibility to travel within the market on a frequent basis.Fluent in Spanish & English.Additional InformationThe dress code is simple: Be proud of where you come from & amazed by where you'll go.We are looking to have a mix of people that work in a way thatoptimizes our decision making, team performance and ultimately helps us reflect, respect, and relate to our employeesand customers.If you feel that your experience, skills, and ambitions are a match, please send us your application including your CV.
