Lead field organization and cultural change that reflects BF values and achieve safety, environment, morale, diversity and inclusion, cost, and corporate governance goals.Ensure the supply of agave for the operations of Casa Herradura, as well as the operations and development of the field area in the short and long term, optimizing cost, quality and service.Directly in charge of the field operations of new plantations, maintenance and harvesting of agave, as well as the agricultural support area. Influence and actively participate in the definition of agave strategy, supply and in the adaptation of corporate programs in the field. Represent Brown-Forman before authorities and communities where VAMA operates, as well as before committees and institutions of the agave-tequila production chain.Meaningful Work From Day One:
Creation of a culture focused on results, which analyzes operations in detail and manages to align behaviors, results, payment and strategy.Review indicators (target/gap/causes/actions) monthly with the Operations Department and quarterly with the SVP Chief Global Supply Chain and Technology Officer.Have presence and direct coaching in the operational bases, for at least 50% of their working days, carrying out a scheduled rotation.Ensure that 100% of the Field organization has defined individual and area objectives that are aligned with VAMA's goals and KPIs, as well as a monitoring, review and correction mechanism.Ensure that the field area has an annual training and updating and follows up on it supported by Human Resources, including the creation of development plans for its direct team in group and individual form.Hold 1 monthly meeting with the VAMA union leader and the Field HR Manager, to ensure a favorable work environment that provides continuity of operations, staff commitment and risk mitigation.Establish relationships with the municipal authorities and communities where we have operations that facilitate coexistence and mutual development, collaborating with the donations committee so that the benefit is taken to the communities where there are field operations.Benchmark best practices in the field within your organization, and actively participate in groups within the industry.Permanent audit of processes and operations to find improvements.What Sets You Apart:

Agricultural Engineering or Finance Bachelor Degree.Certifications:
Driver's license.Able to maintain a conversation in English.Experience:
Have worked in Senior Field operations Management or combined Finance Tequila-Agave operations for 8 years. Demonstrated skills of strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, coordination of leadership staffing and administration of indicators in complex operations with both unionized and non-union people management experience.Requisition Type:
