Misión y tareas principales:
Formar parte del dpto. de Ingeniería de Producción de Mecanizado como responsable técnico de integración de nuevas celdas automáticas de carga y descarga y automatizaciones varias.
Realización de programas de integración y comunicaciones entre robots y maquinaría.
Realización de diseños de esquemas eléctricos y automatismos.
Optimización de sistema in-picker.
Programación de robots para aplicaciones varias.
Adaptación de los procesos a nuevas tecnologías.
Formación para Fabricación, Mantenimiento e Ingeniería de nuevas tecnologías implantadas en el taller.
Monitorizar plannings.
Trabajar en equipos multidisciplinares para optimización de tiempos.
Conocimientos de seguridad intrínseca de la instalación. Implantación según todas las directrices de normativa europea.
Gestionar proveedores.
Aplicar normativa legal en instalaciones y procesos productivos (RD1215, ergonomía, OSHAS, etc.).
Requerimientos y experiencia:
Estudios de Ingeniería electrónica y/o robótica o Ciclo formativo de grado superior en Robótica o similar.
Mínimo 6 años de experiencia.
Idealmente, formación en prevención.
Conocimiento extenso de Siemens TIA PORTAL (Programación).
Experiencia en implantación de celdas automatizadas.
Conocimiento programación en EPLAN.
Conocimientos de Autocad y diseño 3D (Inventor o NX) y programación de robots.
Idiomas: nivel avanzado de español. Valorable positivamente nivel de inglés.
Carnet de conducir es necesario.
Disponibilidad para viajar.
Se ofrece: contrato temporal por sustitución, con posibilidad de contratación permanente de cara a futuro basado en desempeño y posibilidades dentro de la organización.
