That's why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you've always envisioned.What you will do in this roleAs a Sales & Customer Representative on our team, you will:Take incoming customer contacts and solve users' demands, pre and post sales.Perform outgoing contacts to follow up on sales opportunities.Achieve sales results through an elevated customer engagement.Act as a Fashion Enthusiastic Personal Shopper supporting customers with suitable substitutions for out-of-stock items and/or special occasion products.Provide guidance, advise and an exquisite customer service, transmitting feeling of pride on the brand, be a truly "Brand Ambassador."Inspire customers by continually developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques.Collaborate with management to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales results.Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:Are proficient or bilingual in English .Have relevant Sales Experience (minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail).Are high skilled on sales techniques (up/cross-selling, objection handling, etc).Are a fashion enthusiastic.Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Can work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.Have exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills.Are vibrant and motivated with the ability to engage, a true brand ambassador.Are resistant to stress with strong negotiation skills, and persuasion
