PGA Associate - Account Management, Lodging (German speaking)The Partner Success Associate's primary responsibility is to ensure that Expedia Group's hotels, and all accommodations types in our most popular destinations have great rates and room types available for the Expedia travellers at all times.In doing so, Partner Success Associates will also continuously work with Expedia Group's hotel and accommodation partners to help them improve the marketing and distribution potential from their participation in the Expedia marketplace. You will work as part of a team, with the primary goal of increasing the number of visitors to our top destinations.What you'll do:This is a predominantly phone based role and you will be reaching out to a portfolio of existing accommodation partners each day. You will closely work with these hotel partners to:Optimize content, rate and availability competitiveness on the Expedia sites to increase customer conversionSecure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers' pressing needsSecure promotional offers to support the brands' merchandising and marketing effortsEducate hotel partners on the self-service features available on Expedia Partner CentralRe-establish relationships with dormant hotel partnersSupport demand generationSupport research to identify properties not currently listed on the Expedia marketplaceWho you are:Passionate and enthusiastic about the travel industry and enjoy talking to hotel and accommodation partners throughout the day.Proficiency in the German & English languages.
