We foster a culture of exploration and innovation to push the boundaries of what's possible.As a Visiting Business Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in collaborative teams, identifying, developing, and implementing solutions for client challenges. This journey of exploration and innovation will have you pushing the boundaries to drive impactful change. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating in cross-functional teams to address client challenges
- Analyzing data, formulating hypotheses, and developing actionable recommendations
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, presenting results and driving implementation
- Driving independent workstreams, contributing to overall project successWhat we're looking for in you:
- Currently involved in a Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree and availability to carry out a full-time internship throughout the year (2-6 months)
- Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with different projects for you to work on
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments
