North search es una consultoría de talento global, que se sitúa como partner de empresas de sectores en transformación, ayudándoles a constriur un potencial de talento sólido e innovador.North Search is a global talent consultancy that partners with companies across transformative sectors, helping them to build solid and innovative talent potential.Our client is a leading company in the food industry focused on healthy products undergoing significant transformation.We are currently looking for a skilled and driven individual to join as the new Planning Director.Position Objectives This role will be pivotal in shaping the strategic planning and transformation of our client's business operations.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, execution of transformation projects, and impact assessment to drive business growth and efficiency.One of the key points is to ensure the implementation, optimization, execution, and continuous improvement of the processes of company planning ( Demand Planning , Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning -S&OP-), with a transversal approach and in collaboration with the rest of the departments involved, to optimize the supply chain, in terms of service, stability, flexibility, working capital/inventories, logistics and obsolescence costs, and saturation of productive capacity.Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for business transformation.Identify areas of improvement and growth within the organization.Project Management: Oversee the execution of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to integrate strategic initiatives.Facilitate communication between teams to ensure cohesive execution of transformation plans.Impact Assessment: Analyze the impact of transformation initiatives on business performance.Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and effectiveness.Business Process Owner: Business Process Owner of all manufacturing planning processes company: Forecasting of primary and secondary demands in the short/medium/long term.Skills and Knowledge Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.MBA preferred.Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Demand Planning Manager in a factory environment focusing on business transformation.Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.Professional and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization.Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and more.If you are a forward-thinking leader ready to make a significant impact in the food industry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity
